Birding 201 at The Pettit Preserve

The Pettit Preserve in Bartow County, Georgia hosted a Birding 201 class presented by Rebecca Byrd (yep that is her last name) and Ken Blankenship of the Atlanta Audubon Society.

I am not a novice when it comes to birds...but know I have more to learn. Rebecca and Ken helped fill in the blanks. If you are going to bird in Georgia then you must check out Ken's website Wings Over Georgia, An Online Guide to Birds In Georgia
This website is amazing!

Many thanks to the Director Miranda Robertson for hosting this Event!
This is the swinging bridge on one of the trails...
This regal Beech tree caught my eye...
While there I heard Eastern Phoebe and got this pic of a  Eastern Bluebird...

Wishing Love, Heath, Peace and Wealth to All!
